Pasta..Pasta...



  Pasta
 Ingredients
 21/2 cups of all purpose or bread flour
 3 large eggs
 1 tbsp oil
 1 tsp salt
Preperation
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Make a well in the flour, add the beaten eggs and oil.
Mix until it comes together. 
On a lightly floured surface knead for 3-5 min. 
Cover and let rest for 20 min.
Roll out with hand or machine.
Cut in strips with a knife or pasta maker.
Tip:
To color the pasta dough you could use beets, spinach, herbs, peppers, or saffron.
